After careful consideration Leanne and I have decided not to work from home, thus allowing customers to still visit the showroom.
To minimise the risk we are doing STRICTLY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you do not have an appointment you will be turned away. We also wish to be treated with respect in cases where you haven’t arranged an appointment and are being turned away.
We will ask the reason for your showroom appointment over the phone, and we would only arrange an appointment for the following reasons:
- Showroom tour of the popular products we display, we have a sectional, roller, and up and over doors, as well as the colour choices respectively.
- Remote control battery changes – we ask that the remote is separated from everything so its by itself which makes this easier for sanitising.
- Battery pick up for roller door safety edges.
Any other reason out with this will not be arranged. If you want to come in to pay your invoice, or discuss a repair we would ask that you do this over the phone or use the link to pay on your invoice you were sent.
All visits will last a maximum of 15 minutes to minimise the risk, we also ask that you cancel your appointment should you come into contact with anyone with Covid or Omicron – taking lateral flow tests is advised and this will allow you to know that you don’t have Covid before visiting the showroom.
