We at Tayside Garage Doors do not use any customer details for marketing or profiling purposes. We hold customer records to identify the products they have bought. This allows us to be able to help you with any future repairs or faults. If you are one of our customers and would like your details to be removed from our database please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org we will complete your request efficiently. Should you wish to see a copy of the records we hold on you only need to ask. We are happy to send you these.
We do not sell on our database to any third parties and all databases are password protected and the staff have been briefed on Data Protection. Our staff already have many procedures in place such as any job sheets to be returned to the office for secure shredding by Let’s Talk Shred. If any customer details have been left or discarded anywhere else we will call you to advise as soon as we know about the incident.
Our staff have procedures which they have signed to say they will follow them. Any breaches reported will be fully investigated.
